The Studio At Small Pond Farm is set up for tracking and live recording, mixing and mastering,  and serves as an ideal rehearsal and pre-production space.

Record, Mix, Master

All Inclusive - $250/day

  • Includes use of the studio, kitchen and den, as well as outdoor spaces around the Guest House, for up to four artists/producers. 

  • Larger groups are charged proportionately

  • Overnight stays are charged at prevailing lodging rates

  • Multi-day and -service project packages available

Mix/Master Only - $150/day

Rehearsal Space

Rates - $150/day

  • Full backline for band rehearsals including kit, PA, amps

  • Access to basic cottage amenities like bathroom kitchen

    • Vintage analog and modern digital outboard audio equipment

    • Full complement of vintage and modern microphones

    • Over 70 high-quality vintage and modern acoustic and electric guitars, basses and other instruments

    • Over 12 vintage and modern guitar and bass amplifiers

Guest House Rental

The Guest House is fully equipped for short stays, with a bedroom, kitchen, den, and office workspace, with both rustic appeal and creature comforts.

Rate - $200/night

  • Includes access to all Guest House amenities. See Guest House Details

  • $150/day if added to a Recording/Mix & Mastering session

Site Rental

Photo and Video Shoots

Small Pond Farm provides a broad selection of indoor and outdoor backdrops for the visual arts.

Rate - $250 per day

  • Access to anywhere on the property

  • Still or video production during a Recording or Mixing Mastering session is $100/day, and may be done anywhere on the property
